Despite the word "Fund" in its name, HTF is not an investment fund, security, or pooled investment vehicle, and the project holds no physical commodity, oil contracts, or shipping rights of any kind. It is not affiliated with any government, maritime authority, or shipping entity. The token follows the standard Solana SPL fungible token model and trades on Solana-native decentralized exchanges with all transfers and balances publicly verifiable on-chain.
